I haven't been terribly successful with crepe (or even pancake)making over the years, but I'm willing to keep trying. <br /><br />It does bring back memories of Paris where a crepe from the many vendors was a very typical lunch in a busy day of sightseeing. I was amused at how crepe vendors in Paris were like hot dog stands in NYC - ubiquitous!<br /><br />Thanks for the flashback posts as well. I've enjoyed your prolific blog for so many years.
