I wish I could blog more often, but you know my broken record story... my work schedule is just too hectic. Ricotta gnocchi is high on my wish list to learn how to make. I find it much lighter, and I'm not wild about the heaviness of most potato gnocchis that I've tired. Finding morels, where I live, is as hard as finding hens teeth. This is a beautiful combination of flavors. I would have loved to share a dish of this with you.
