I remember how excited I was to go there the first time. Amazing that it is still going strong. Your salad looks terrific. Greg Atkinson, one of the Canlis executive chefs (now former, I believe) has a wonderful cookbook called "The Northwest Essentials Cookbook" that you should check out if you haven't seen it.<BR/>As for the Tulip Festival, it is something everyone should experience once.
